I have a grown women who has been having these pains 3 days in a row now and I want to know how I can help her.

Take her to the doctor. Could be lots of things:
injury from something
bronchitis
pneumonia
heart attack
angina - pains before the heart attack
asthma attack
pulled chest muscles
Since this has continued for three days, you should take her to the doctor right now.

Suggest a Doctor visit as soon as possible, it sounds serious. It could be a sign of a heart condition.

Go to a doctor. Sounds like Pneumonia or bronchitis

i second the others-- get her to a doctor ASAP.
chest pains, especially for a long period of time, CANNOT be ignored.
