a lot of this comes down to personal stimulation. if you're not turned on, you won't get that wet. hence, you'll have to try new things with your partner.
for a quick solution, you can use personal lubricant like ky jelly. if it is really dry, you'll need to see a doctor.

KY makes a product especially for moisturizing your vagina. It should be with or near the douches/yeast infection medications at the store.

Any kind of watersolubal lubricant. The brand KY has all different kinds of personal lubricants from plain to warming and tingling. You can find them at any pharmacy or retail store like walmart or target.

use a lubricant like KY jelly or they do some flavoured ones now or they do ones that go warm...go an have a look there are loads about at the moment

get some of that vaginal gel at the pharmacy. helps a lot.. even if you use a vibrator it really foes the job
