I'm guessing you're either asking this here to antagonize or stupid yahoo suggested it here.

I'll assume the latter is true and tell you that no, all that fat will negate any positive effects. Go for a chicken sandwich with mustard, lettuce and tomato, skip the cheese, and have a fruit and yogurt salad for desert. Yogurt will give you the calcium you want without the fat. Remember, there's no point in building muscle if it's going to be hidden under a layer of fat.

Next time you might want to make sure you ask this type of question in the diet and fitness section.

Goodness no! All you will manage to do is clog your arteries! You should try drinking a protein drink. There are real good ones at several stores. Try the Wal-mart, that's where I get my sons. Proper stance also when lifting weights and don't think by lifting heavy your going to get buff! It does not work that way. Lift only what you feel gives you resistance and you will see results soon.

Yeah, you'd get extra protein, but you'd also get a lot of extra saturated fat, cholesterol, and... refined sugar. If you want a heart attack to go with your muscles, great.
