Is This Alot Of Salt?

Is 480 mg of sodium alot of salt? If so... how many spoons?

480 mg of salt is about 1/4 of what you should have in any given day, so at one time it is quite a bit, equal to about 1/4 teaspoon

That is alot im not sure about the teaspoons though.

i dont know how many spoons it would be... but sodium is salt... i am not smart... my friend is telling me EVERYTHINGG!!!! she on the other hand is like amazingly smart.
