Hello, I was wondering if boils on the scrotum along with pain and inflamation are symptoms of an STD. The boils are infected with puss also the glands situated in the scrotum area are swollen.

They could be and one should see a doctor right away to get it diagnosed. Don't wait as it could get worse. The longer you wait, the worse it can become. See a doctor who specializes in the field, not just any one.

Possible it could just be boils, or it could be herpes. Is it swelling of the scrotum, which could be a bacterial infection. Should get tested ASAP
