No, you'll never get all of it out. It'd probably clog the opening after a while, too.

Slime is only for INFLATABLE TIRES! Invest a few dollars and get an air mattress repair kit available at any Camping or Outdoor Sporting goods store. They will patch different kinds of air mattresses material including Plastic and Canvas. They are as simple to use as the old style tire patch kits., You rough the surface with fine sand paper, apply the liquid adhesive, then the patch goes on top.(everything you need is in the kits) A little pressure on top till it dies in 2-3 minutes and poof.Your air matress is completely repaired and usable and good as new..... again.....

Slime is for car tires which are a completely different situation. The pressure is higher and the rubber is thicker so the slime has a chance to get pushed into the opening and harden. Plus driving the car distributes the stuff evenly over the inside of the tread. It won't work in a camping mattress, you need a patch.

Man, forget the slime you will end up with a brick in the mattress. Deflate mattress and try Seam Grip or shoe goo to cover the hole. Once cured should work fine. It has held on my therm-a-rest pad. however if you have a hole along the seam or where the material are sealed together you may be on outta luck

I was wondering the same thing. My son just came home from camping and got a hole in the air mattress.
Looking forward to see the answers you get.
I like the shoe gloo idea.
