I am a virgin and have never had cold sores on my mouth or anything like that.
But recently I've started having one or two [at most, at one time] blood-filled blisters on the outer genital area.
I can't figure out for the life of me what is going on. I have never had sex, never had oral herpes, etc...
can someone help me?

I can't/won't go to the doctor because i dont want my mom to know about it. Also, I have a HUGE fear of seeing THAT kind of doctor.

Virgins can get herpes. If you have any type of genital to genital contact or mouth to genital contact you can contract it.
What you have does not sound like herpes though. Herpes does not produce blood filled blisters. If you do blister, they are white, yellow, or clear. Even when popped, they usually do not bleed.

Yes, there isn't any. Herpes is caused by a virus. Actually, there is little cure for viruses nowadays. The only thing that you can generally do in the case of a viral infection is strengthen the immune system and hope it fights it off. Not with Herpes, the immune system can't win against it. Thus you only get to treat the symptoms. Once you're infected, it stays with you for life. So don't get infected.
Personal experience. I have had genital herpes for over 5 years.

If you are a virgin then it's highly unlikely that you have vaginal herpes. You say you won't go to a doctor but you will need to in order to have the condition identified and treated.
As an aside, I always think it's strange when a person asks a question and refuses to take what appears to be pretty consistent advice. Just tell your mother and have the problem corrected. Like anything else in life you should face the problem. You'll have something to laugh about when you look back on the situation. Good luck!

Herpes lesions are clear to light yelow, fluid-filled blisters, on a red, rashy background. What you are describing does not sound like Herpes at all. If you are afraid of going to your regular doctor, you can go into any planned parenthood clinic, and get seen by a doctor there completely anonymously, so your parents won't know about it. Find the nearest clinic to you from the internet at their web site.

Sounds like a sebaceous cyst to me. It can occur on any mucous membrane, and the vaginal tissue is just that. If you're truly a virgin (no sexual contact whatsoever, no oral sex or anal sex included) then you should have nothing to worry about. If it doesn't pop on it's own and is especially bothersome, go to the doctor and get it lanced.

You have to go to a doctor, and see what you have, it could be a simple infection that maybe you didnt clean correctly one day, or have some sort of fungi, that happens a lot in hot wheather, or you had contact with something unclean.
But you have to see a medical examiner to find out what you really have.

Don't be afraid to go to the doctor. If you are really a virgin, it is very unlikely that you have herpes. But you really need to go to the gynecologist.

If you're concerned that much, you NEED to go to the doctor. You will need to later in life later as well. If you are a virgin, you have nothing to hide from you mother, but since you don't want to tell her, you obviously do.
