this is sooo embarressing but i need to know what this is...for the last year i have had a large bump coming out of my butthole. i figured it was a himroid; i tried every cream/powder out there. it would only cause it to decrease, not go away. But the last 2 weeks orange fluid [the color of cheetoes] has come out as i used the restroom. and now it's starting just to "leak" out onto my pants at anytime, i have no idea wat this is...once the fluid comes out its gone, but then it comes back the next day. it is a large sphere comeing OUT of my butt, it does not itch or irratate, i don't even notice that its there, besides the fact that its disgusting! help me please, im worried!

That is almost surely going to turn out to be a hemarrhoid. It can be removed via a procedure called band ligation, which is easily performed on an outpatient basis by a qualified gastroenterologist.

I know it's embarassing you but I would go and see a doctor fairly soon. Could be a hernia possibly? Unless you have had unprotected anal sex it is unlikely to be an STD though so try not to worry about that at least!

Go see your doctor. Hemorrhoids often look like that.
But it could be a cyst or an infected hemorrhoid.
