Whether you want to or not, you better head to a doctor. This sounds very serious! It may be embarrassing but that is a better alternative to what could happen if you don't treat it. Go to a doctor you normally don't go to if that will help ease the embarrassment. Besides, you shouldn't be cheating on your girlfriend to start with, and hopefully you haven't slept with her since then. It would be so unfair for her to get infected because you cheated on her with someone else. If you have slept with her since then, you need to tell her so she can get tested as well. Even if symptoms haven't appeared, the earlier they are diagnosed the easier to treat whatever this may be. Best of luck to you, but you need to go to a doctor and get the appropriate treatment started ASAP.

You definitely have an STI. I was a social worker and you would be surprised the stuff kids are passing around. Really nasty stuff. Could cause you to have scar tissue that will keep you from being able to achieve or maintain an erection if you don't get it looked at by a doctor. I knew someone that got herpes and an STI on the same night. The STI was cured with penicillin. The herpes he gets to carry around for life. Wear a freaking condom. Your gf finding out should be the LEAST of your worries. Your doctor has heard this all before and will not be embarrassed or will not embarrass you when you go in to talk to him/her. Good luck and I hope it's nothing too serious.

You need to go to the doctor. I know you're ashamed, but you don't have to tell him that you cheated and these doctors see all different kinds of things everyday, they have gone to school for years to help you with these kinds of things. I hope you find the courage to.
