It depends on what kind of restaurant you go to. It can range anywhere from $50-$100. It also depends on how much you and your date drink. Alcoholic beverages are usually $5-$10 each, so if you each have two drinks, you're looking at $20-$40 in just alcohol, not to mention the appetizer, the main course, and dessert.
If you're going to a chain restaurant like Chili's or Applebee's, it'll probably be $40-$50. If you're going somewhere nicer, it will definitely be more.

Depends if you're going to McDonalds or not...smile -if you are going some place nice - such as TGIF, Red Lobster, etc. you are looking about about $50-60 for two people with dessert and tip. Also, keep in mind these places offer 'appetizers". Drinks - if you are having drinks at the bar - (not beer?) then you're going to be paying about 4.50 - 5.00 per drink.

the cost change depending the place, because you can fund very good fud and cheep or you can go to fancy restaurants and expend a lot of money and not be happy with this choice
Irecomended you sould be go diferent places to dinner and have $50 with you, and you chek the place and the food, then you decide if is all right
never pay more then that, =)

You should probably take AT LEAST $70 - $100 your bill might not be that much but you don't want to have to hold back, or worse make your date feel like they need to hold back. It's always nice when the guy says "order whatever you want, don't worry about it".
But the price also really depends where you go.

if you go to an ok resturant your going to spend at least $50 not including alcohol.
if you go to a nicer place plan on spending $75 - 100 not including alcohol.
beer runs about $4-7 and cocktails $6-10 each.
take them to a nice place and spend about $150

depends on where you go and what you order.....but on average a nice dinner date will cost you around $50.00 and to be honest probably more.....

well if its expensive plan on having $60 dollars with you if its just a plan simple resturaunt then id say about $30 to $40 dollars max.
