This is ******* pissing me off. I am 15 and I have had sex numberous times, always with the brand I trusted which was trojan, and 2 days ago while having sex I heard a rubbery snapping sound, it broke but I slipped off very quick.

Can I sue the trojan company for their condoms not being safe and breaking....I really don't trust Trojan anymore

Theoretically you could try, but you would have to explain how the Trojan company's negligence has harmed you so that you require x thousand dollars to compensate you for that harm. You would also need to prove to the court's satisfaction that the condom failure was nothing to do with your own misuse of the product, and that the manufacturer had made claims that such a failure shouldn't have occurred.

Make sure you have a spare couple of hundred thousand dollars earmaked for such legal action, because you would almost certainly lose such an action.

You can sue anyone you want to, collecting is something else. Do you think you could go up against all the big attorneys they have and spend millions in the lawsuit. You are underage, are you not? how old was the girl, if she was older and of age, there's the chance of a child abuse charge here. For you for that matter if your in Michigan, under 13 and your dead meat so, you'd better be careful.

You can try. In the States a man sued Winnebago because he turned cruise control on, and then (actually believing the car would drive itself) got up to make some lunch. The car crashed on the first corner. That story is irrelevent but it goes to show you can sue anyone these days.
Having said that, you are 15 and the legal age to be sexually active is 16. That would probably get the case thrown out.

Well, the down side is, in court they ignore those kind of nonsense, sues, do you have any other event that you can use so you can get rich. For example stumbling in a mall because of a hazard fixture, or dying in a hospital because of the nurse or doctor's fault. The court should be treated with respect.

You are 15 years old, you shouldn't be having sex in the first place. But I bet if you read that box that it says they have no liability if it does break, I'm sure many people have already tried to sue them for it. You have to know though that things aren't guarenteed.

The poor company obviously did not expect the condom users to be as good bangers as you are dude!

I think your only point here is to brag that you're having sex at age 15. Sad.
