I would recommend you eat some soy yogurt with active cultures daily. the natural good bacteria in active yogurt cultures, even soy yogurt, kills off the candida. Your body is supposed to have good bacteria inside it, in your gut and intestines and internal places, this good bacteria helps fight off bad things like candida.
I think if you are still growing and experiencing nutritional challenges, it would be really wise to seek the advice of a certified nutritionist.

Hi, I am a vegan as well. Everyone has natural yeast in there body. Candida is yeast overgrowth. This is usually caused by eating a lot of carbs, sugar, alcohol, and even stress. Vegetarians usually consume more wheat, and this specifically feeds candida. But please trust me, this product will treat Candida without changing your diet.

My brother had really bad Candida, and started taking this product, along with this tea.

All his symptoms have vanished. I started taking these also, and I realized that a lot of my problems where because of yeast overgrowth. Also taking "NutraFlora" from Wonder Laboratories helps as well. You don't need to start eating meat, thats ridiculous. If you have any question, email me and I'm sure I can help you.

Hi there,
As i'm vegan but not an expert at candida, i researched it a bit for you:
The sites below have instructions on how to fight candida using a diet free of the things that fuel it - the first one is general but some others are for vegans and vegetarians.
There's also a book for vegetarians full of candida suitable recipes (it's dairy free but has eggs).
I think the main thing is to eat a varied diet, full of fiber and pulses.
For breakfast some sources say shredded wheat (unsweetened) or puffed oats/rice (also unsweetened) are ok with unsweetened rice or soy milk. some say oat milk is ok too.
Hope this helps and feel free to contact me for more vegan advice....
Elizabeth.

Soy yogurt is a great idea.
You can also get some supplements from AZO that help stop candida growth. They're available over the counter at most pharmacies. Try that and see if it helps. I'm surprised your doctor didn't reccomend them.

People who plan their weekly meals tend to be successful at losing weight than those who don’t. Plan your dishes to incorporate healthy carbs such as nice potato and wholegrain pasta, green vegetables and lean proteins, buy all the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to nibble on out or order in.

Eat muesli two hours before exercising to boost fat burning as you train. Slow to digest, muesli takes longer to obtain through your system, so is less oftimes be turned into fat and still provides you with a good energy boost.

Suck that in. Consciously hold in and contract your abdominals while you’re walking, sitting at your desk or making the an evening meal. This will help to strengthen your abs and your core, and create for you one step closer to the flatter stomach.
