why wouldn't you be? it doesn't really matter your age as long as you've got money. just stay safe. ask your parents for permission. they might not want you going. it's always best to have an adult accompany you

If your parents allow you to and they know when, where and with whom you are going. Unfortunately, in the world we live in today there are people out there that will hurt you. Please do NOT take a chance. Wait for Mom or Dad or Grandma or Grandpa. We care and want to keep you safe.

Check on the front door for their policy. Some stores won't let children in without adult supervision. You should also ask for your parent's OK.

Yes...as long as you don't get hit by a car and you have money. Perhaps the cashier won't let you buy stuff cause of your age...but I dunno...
