I think that your parents may not understand the whole vegan thing and they may be even unsure how expensive it will be. A vegan lifestyle is great so I would sugest getting all the information and showing them, get recipes taht are vegan and try to omit as much animal derived food as possible

The truth is that it is *your* body and you own it. If you're old enough to ask this question, then you certainly are old enough to answer it.
You may have to have a hard discussion or two with your parents, as they are literally the ones buying food in your house. You can make choices, however, and you don't have to eat everything they offer. No one can force feed you. Simply, if they serve steak every night and you always skip the steak, eventually no one will want to waste money by buying you steak. There are usually other options at dinner that are vegetarian - go for those.
A nice little action is to eat more than your share of vegetarian items at the dinner table. When people run out of those items, they will complain and they will make more next time.
Simply put - actions speak louder than words. Never even put it up for discussion - just do!
Remember that no one can force feed you. Your parents are people too, with their own faults, opinions, and irrational ideas. Stick with your feelings on this one, and you'll be better off on a lot of other things in life besides vegetables. :)

What you need to do is find out their objections to your going vegan and then find the responses to alleviate their concerns. If they're worried you won't get calcium without cows' milk, you can tell them that there are plenty of plant foods that contain calcium (in fact, milk causes your bones to lose calcium because of the excess animal protein). They can use soy milk the exact same way they use cows' milk in cooking and baking--you will all have to experiment to find the brands you like best. You could also express concerns about the hormones and antibiotics in milk affecting your growing body.

You just have to stand up to your parents and tell them that your going to be a vegan and support your decision with details of why you decided to be a vegan.

Find and eat what you can that has all organics in it. Or you could get a job and buy your own food. Sorry about your parents not up to support you.

You are a child and your parents have every right to tell you what you should and should not eat. The fact is, parents know more than kids. If you listen to people like Katie that tell you to stand up to your parents, you will be nothing but a rebellious brat. Your parents have very good reasoning behind not wanting you to be a vegan.

Why would you want to be a vegan? You will turn pale and look like a rail.
Eat some meat.Pork chops, steak,BBQ ribs. you are missing out.
What ever you decide to eat, don't listen to Katie. She will have you acting like some punk without a future.
