It's made out of egg whites you can make it easily yourself,unless there is some European Bakery around where you live . If you send me your email address I will send you a recipe.

Don't know where you can buy it but if you go to the TLC (The Learning Channel) website and go to Take Home Chef, Curtis Stone is a native Aussie and he has a Pavlova recipe under the name Nancy. Hope it helps. Have a great day.
