they say that veg is better than fruit in terms of like minerals, bt fruit offers more of anti oxidents bt things like broccoli offer substances that can help prevent u gettin cancer. however ur diet seems healthy enough as long as u get all the nutrients. maybe u cud up ur intake of veg by eatin/drinkin soup, or how bout things like mashed potato with bit of carrot mixed in sounds gross bt i love it! especially if u add cheese or milk to it, or how about roastin veg, such as roasted parsnip mmmmmmm delicious! i mean ur eatin fruit n some veg which is good, bt veg offers things which cannot be found in fruit and can help u be even more healthy.
u cam also get protein from nuts, n they also offer antioxidents, and walnuts provide omega 3 which u cud be lackin from eatin no fish. make sure u get some carbs tho from bread as well, u still need to balance out all the food groups, n exercie to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
bt all in all ur doin a pretty good job, keep up the good work!

I am a vegetarian too and I cannot say that I am really very experienced either. I have been a veggie for three years. I know that it's important to eat spinach because it gives you iron. Even though I eat spinach, I have a deficiency in iron. I am anemic. That's a big risk when you're a vegetarian. You need to get a wide variety of each food group. Colorful. Vegetables should be greens oranges purples whites yellows...whatever you can find. And fruits yeahhh you know. Colorful. How lovely. Nice and colorful. Lovely. It gives you the range of vitamins you need. And protien is good from beans. Don't always cook them though. I mean. I don't know. Chick peas are good. Very good. Good for protein. You seem like you're doing pretty good. At least you don't eat crap potato chips all day. You're better off that some vegetarians. You are doing it right. Just eat a wider range of colors and you will fill in the extra vitamins you need. And if you feel so worried about it have a nutritionist plan a diet for you.

I think your getting a healthy enough diet, although im a vegetarian and for dinner every day i have a little handful of vegetables. For a healthy vegetarian diet you should also try and include nuts or eggs in your diet to get the protien you need.

Its OK, but remember that humans are made to eat both vegetables and meat. So if you cut one part out you need to substitute it with another. It is necessary that you get all the necessary nutrients. That's a question for a dietitian who specializes in nutritional sciences. I could help you, but the answer would be incorrect. A diet and nutritional needs are as unique as the individual.

as long as you eat fruits, you'll have enough nutrients and vitamins, but i do advise you to eat vegetables because they carry a variety of vitamins and some vegetables also help you build muscle mass.
