Lust is the most devilish thing, which make us animals sometime. Definitely it has to be controlled. In order to control abnormal libido, you have to divert your intellect from such thoughts and to be engaged in some creative things. As much as possible avoid sitting alone. Have this awareness that this body is created of 5 elements and is going to be destroyed at any time without notice. Then what we are earning from our life? The reward of our elevated actions will only be brought forward to our next life. So try to keep our thoughts sinless and our words to be sweet and straight then our deeds to be beneficial for others. yes, there are ways,
get yourself involved with activities that wil take your mind off it. you need to concentrate on your future and thik less on the sexual feeling which in years to come you will not have them again. Again God can do all things I do not know if you know God, He will give yu self-control and that will keep you going. if you are still very young as i do not know your age, go sporting and all that take cold bath after and read lively books. may be The Bible.

Mind over matter. You subconsciously want to think about sec and only sex. If you concentrate on other things, you would not have that problems. Life is not all about sex. Besides, if you don't do something good with your life, you won't be getting any at all!! No girl wants a loser.

Having sexual urges is a normal part of life how you act upon them is what makes them right or wrong. I have alot of faith In God and when I find myself lusting I just ask him to take the thoughts out of my mind. It really works for me

Self control... discipline.. getting your mind off sexual fantasies by keeping yourself busy with worthwhile activities such as work, exercise, sports activities, meeting new friends, etc... avoid porn films/mags. You'll see the difference

Yes, its called impulse control. This is a pscyhological defect that sex addicts are lacking. they dont have impulse control. thats also whats wrong with some murderers and molesters.
