yes instead of building mosques and likewise. they never put any money into hospitals so will they help the flood victims, probably not!!!!!!

the lottery system just rolls over the unclaimed money to the next jackpot,... they are not a giving organization or they would try to contact the winners instead of having them contact them

This would be wrong. If they received lottery funding, the insurance companies will say that their claims are not as great as they were and, accordingly, will pay out a lot less.

Well, you wouldnt want it if you were the company right? It will also be unfair to the other victims from typhoons, droughts, etc...
