I currently have 4 tattoos - one of tweety pie on the inside of my right ankle (don't ask - it was a long time ago and I did it for a bet but I still quite like it!), one on my back of a Japanese symbol (it supposedly means a promise but the promise it symbolised has since been broken), the word Sleezee towards my lower back, which again had symbolism when it was done but no longer means anything and my favourite, which is two large tribal dragons on my back. I am planning another one of a 1940s Bettie Page style girl at the top of my hip. They're very addictive and even though some of the more meaningful ones aren't as meaningful anymore I would get rid of any of them - all part of the lesson of life.

Yes. It is this tribal-esque design that was the pendant of a necklace that I wore all throughout high school and my first year of college. My sophomore year (of college) I "retired" the necklace and closed that chapter of my life. To mark that, I got the design tattooed on my left ankle.
I love my tattoo and I'm so glad that I got it done, but I also thought about it for three years before I did it. Tattoos are not things to be impulsive about.

Hi BonBon,

Yes, on my left forearm, the tattoo are letters that
I designed that read: "AZTECA" on a right top to left
bottom diagonal position. On the right and left side of
the name there's two Ying &Yang symbols, each
symbol has three lines on the top, bottom, left,& right
side. Also as an answer to another of your questions,
it's a "nickname" that I had when I was in the service.
The only thing is that the name is not in use anymore.
As to why I got the nickname is another story.

No not at the moment, but I have been thinking about getting something fairly small and girly on my lower back, I asked the question on here a little while ago and apparently if a girl has one in the middle of her lower back it's called a "tramp stamp"!? I would probably have mine off to the left or right, Im thinking about a Chinese symbol, or a flower, but my latest idea is to have my name in scrolled writing - Nina, with a daisy to dot the i.

No, I don't have a tattoo as I am a fickle wuss. My husband is heavily tattooed though. He has a green man on his chest, a back piece of Pan, and Buddhist medicine mantra around his neck, and mantras down his ribs. His arms are sleeved with roses and he has a carp and a dragon on one of his legs.

I have 2 tattoos I had done when I was 18. I loved them at the time but now I'm 35 I really wish I hadn't had them done! Laser removal is a painful and expensive business! XX

I have 6 tattoos. I have on my lower back and orchid with ivy around it, a penguin on the one side of my stomach and a turtle on the other, I aslo have a rose with tribal on my ankle (which was my 1st tat) on my left bib toe i have a triangle disign, and on my right top of my foot I have 5 dog paw prints and each print is the differnt color of each dog I have had. : )
Next I am adding to my lower back with flowers from my sons birth month.

I have 19 all of them in places that can be covered up with a T-shirt and a pair of trousers apart from a rose around my wrist but stick a watch on and you can not see it have a fantastic one of a dog with a rose in its mouth in middle of my back and a few to many more to name dont regret any of them
