Everything, and anything you eat will gain you some weight. There's no stopping it.
Stopping eating won't help either (I know you would never do something so foolish, right? ;]) Your body will take the lack of food as a threat and keep as much fat as it possibly can. And after you eat, your body will take as much calories out of it.
Just eat at an amount that you think your body needs, and take some time to exercise. This will keep you healthy and at a proper weight.

Depending on what you do for the entire day actually, a busy day means your body will burn more fat and calories for energy.
But...only 3 cupcakes and all of them are SMALL, not a big deal, live your own life without worrying too much ^^V. G'luck!

When it comes to weight gain/loss (and just about everything else in this world) it isn't what you do some of the time, it's what you do most of the time.

Actually you should put on ab out 5 pounds rather quickly, that's how the math works out. Is it too late to make yourself throw up?

No, for some reason (that I have heard but don't understand well enough to repeat) weight does not respond directly to what we overeat. Go figger...
But don't overeat, or eat junk.
