If i drives fast then it seems that the world is also fast moving but when i drive slow then every thing appears slow , why this happens

Your reactions and thus your 5 senses are stimulated more when you go faster because things happen sooner. If you were in a plane at 30,000 feet going 500 miles an hour, you wouldn't feel that things had sped up though. It's about your senses and their perceptions because you are driving the car and responsible for what happens. You have to have keener senses.

Drive like hell and you'll get there. Perhaps you feel uncomfortably close it when you drive fast.
