to my surprise i was tested positive for this since i don't take that kind of pill or think i was drugged. any info can help.

what does this mean? and i wonder if the source is reliable and will stand up.

No food will give a false positive for benzodiazepine. Actually, benzodiazepine is not the name of a particular drug but for a class of drug compounds. There are a large number of drug compounds classified as benzodiazepines. If you take anything for anxiety, or sleeping aids, such as Xanax, or Valium then you will test positive. Do a Google search for benzodiazepines and you will find lists of drugs. Perhaps you'll find something you took.

Eating poppy seeds can make you test positive for opiates in your system (like heroin) and some other things. Maybe something you ate had poppy seeds?
