At least the foundation is there along with the foundations of many homes. On the northeast side of Lake Hefner you're suppose to be able to still see the remains of a homestead from 1889. Although due to all of the rain and flooding in the last 2 months the lake might be up to high to see it.

It wouldn't surprise me if there were a whole town at the bottom, not a big one but a few buildings. Keystone lake in northeast Oklahoma has an old town named keystone under it. Also a few years ago I was with some Friends on a pontue boat in beaver lake AR and the driver accidentally ran into a submerged house.

You'll find the same thing on the bottom of lake mead in Nevada and, believe it or not, on a hidden side of one great lake, Lake Huron, there's a sunken forest that is still standing, the wood petrified.
