Well I'm sure some people will give to answers, 1 being its OK to feel that way, and 2 you should seek some help lol... but really it's normal many people feel the same way you do. Everyone goes threw hard times, It's a part of life. Somehow, Someway we all get threw it. I say go with the flow, pick your self up get over the hurdles and be happy :) you can always contact me. I have no problem chatting with anybody I'm a good listener ;) Goodluck and remember you can and will get threw this.

If you believe in yourself enough, you will be strong enough to get through the hard times. You have to remember that it won't always be that way. If you're going through a rough time, just talk to someone you trust and that you know cares about you. They'll do whatever it takes to help you. Or, you could try just getting away for awhile; take some time for yourself to just relax. Although, you'll probably have to deal with the situation eventually. Things don't just magically go away when you wish they would. However, you don't have to deal with it alone. You can talk to a friend or family member about it. That's what I do whenever I need advice, or someone to comfort me about something.

It seems to me you might just need more ways of how to "escape" your reality. You can try to divide your day into several parts (two at least) -
1. problems and everything you need to do because you need to do
2. rest and "escape"
try to find some new acquaintances, who don't know you in the context of your problems and who know nothing about your constant surrounding.
Or try to find a new hobby, take a class of something. It doesn't even need to be something really useful, - just interesting, something you could be able to do for fun more or less regularly.
I know I must be talking disgustingly positive, but it really helps when you begin. I believe I know what you're talking about. If you have at least two hours a day to "escape" it becomes easier to deal with tough things. Honestly!
