i've read to use Wistar rats, but can i use Sprague-Dawley rats instead?

I must confess to complete ignorance about the haematology of rats.

I can't see how their blood clotting would be different.

The important question is how similar is their haemostasis to that of humans.

Then secondary questions arise such as:
cost (purchase price and ongoing costs - housing, feeding, etc)
quantities readily obtainable (and quantities needed)
ease of handling
