please tell me the any candidate should passed in 1st attempt ?or those also can try this exams which candidate paasing exam in 2 nd attempt?If any like this condition is their so please let me know.please send me answers as soon as possible.In both MPSC and UPSC examinations any this kind of condition is required that candidate must passed in 1 st attempt itself?

Their is no such condition as far as clearing the exams are concerned. Tjhe Min. qualification as per the UPSC or any State Services is a Graduation Degree in an Recognised Univercity.
