I just moved out of home a week ago into an apartment with 4 guys and one girl. As a girl is it ok for me to go back & forth from the shower wearing only a towel? Also if I'm on the lounge watching a movie is there an reason I shouldn't share a blanket with one of my male flatmates I've taken a bit of a fancy to? (Actually I've taken a fancy to 2 of them but I only share my blanket with the one). On that note would it be a really bad idea to flirt with or continue to like any of my flatmates?

There is sooo much ettiquette when it comes to having roommates. But I'll only answer the questions you have asked here. For one if you are ever living with guys, and especially that many, rather you like them or not, never wear or deliberately try to be sexy or anything like that. I mean guys, are more of reactors and don't really think til after the fact. So unless you are ready to be felt up or have something more serious happen, I would not advise teasing 4 young guys with your body.
As for the second quesiton here, if you like someone be upfront about it. Don't just try to be coy and what not. Because though you may like the guy you shared the blanket with, he could have a girlfriend or something. And it would be awkward as hell if, she came over and seen you guys under a blanket together.
Oh and lastly, definitely and I do well and trully mean this. And it may be a bit of an oxymoron to the last statement I just said, but lets be for real. You are have just moved out of your own home a week ago. To be trying to start any relationships with any of your roommates would be crazy. I'm not saying you can't be friends, but when the roommates start shacking up and then fights start out, people would be choosing sides, and eventually people move out and no one pays the rent and everyone usually ends up in court. Its best to date outside of your roommates. There is just so much less drama that way. Oh and think of your roommates as your second family. If you do something to one, they will all know about it and usually end up pissed at you as well.

If you wanna turn the guys on and have them fantasize about you then you should wear only a towel! Otherwise, don't. Also, sharing a blanket with one of them will have the same effect. They'll fantasize about you more than likely. (That's real romantic in my opinion.) But overall I wouldn't suggest dating your flatmates, you might probably not want to see them everyday if you had a relationship.

well...
walking back and forth with the towel: i think it is ok. if the other girl has a problem with it for some reason, take that into consideration. but with the guys, if you're all cool with each other it shouldn't be a big thing.
the continuation of liking these guys: if something comes of it and you start dating or something, things could get really awkward. if you broke up, it'd be even more awkward. but if you think you might really have something, take the risk.
i think you should wait until you get to know everyone better before you do anything. at least that way you'll be more sure of what could happen.

The other guys would probably like it if you walk around in a towel. But hold on to it tight one of them might "accidentally" pull on it. for the flirting and sharing blanket ,it might cause jealousy if more than one of them feel the same way you do.It would be bad if more than one of them like you, or the wrong one likes you.

sharing blankies is cute tho, make sure u only share with one tho! make up ur mind before sending signals. a relationship may or may not make it awkward for your other roomies, esp if it doesnt go well. all depends on how u all get along together.

first off, welcome to the states, luv.
It's ok to wear just a towel, as long as you are not showing anything that you don't want everyone to see. if they are men, they will respect you enough not to care or hoot at you. And the sharing a blanket thing, it's your blanket, share it with whomever you wish.

No towels, it is too revealing for the roomates. if you end up getting together with one of them, and it does not work out, guess who is going to be thrown out. You--you are the girl!!!
