Depends on the AIT. If his training is only 2-3 months long, which is standard, then the answer is NO. If, however, his MOS is one that his AIT is 6 months or longer, then the answer is IT'S POSSIBLE.

Once he arrives at his permanent party, then you can move it together.

Generally not. exceptions are for AIT that last more than 6 months, otherwise your spouse will be required to live in the dorms. You could move yourself and live close by, but he could not go home every night, only when he had approved down time, and you would have to pay all the costs on your own. Generally, until he gets his first base, you will be apart.

It is possible to live with them during AIT if their AIT is extremely long. But usually no you won't live with them until they get to their first duty station.

Sorry but I guess this in a way is getting you use to separtion and being gone.

only if the school is longer than six months long and the command approves them moving out of the barracks. in many cases, they must reach a certain phase of training, typically 30 days or so, before they will be given permission to bring family members up and to move into Base housing or to live on the economy.
