Fruit Pizza Recipe
Pizza Dough:
1 package store bought sugar cookie dough
Toppings:
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 large peach, sliced
1 large green apple, sliced
1 large orange, sectioned
1/2 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
6 ounces fresh blueberries
6 ounces fresh raspberries
1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Flatten cookie dough onto a 6-inch pizza pan. Bake until firm to touch, about 11 to 15 minutes. Cool. In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar. Spread the baked cookie with the cream cheese mixture and decorate with sliced fruit. In a small bowl, combine melted white chocolate with chocolate syrup. Top the pizza with remaining berries and chocolate mixture. Slice and serve immediately.

Yes and they are good. I go to Twin Fals Idaho to visit my family every year and we go to a pizza place that serves all kinds of pizzas. The waiters come around every few minutes with different kinds and you can have as many different ones as they have and all you can eat for one price. The dessert pizzas are great .

I make dessert pizzas all the time using sugar cookie crust then if it is just dessert sprinkling all kinds of candy over custard "sauce" also same sugar cookie crust with any sliced cooked fruit on vanilla custard or Vienna custard topped with coconut or drizzle with dark semi sweet chocolate syrup I do the crusts really thin so they are crisp, bake them, then put the other stuff on them just as if you were stacking a regular pizza except with dessert things.

Pineapple pizza is good. When I was younger my dad would always order this dessert pizza with cherries and it was delicious.

yes, my favorite italian hangout makes a dessert pizza with cannoli crust, and tops it with a variety of fruit, and mascarpone cheese, or cannoli cream . yummy!
