Security danger??

Question

Having worked for nearly 3 years for International NGO's, USAID and UN agencies in Afghanistan, I am feeling that security is worsening here. Insurgency, kidnapping, murdering and all sort of inhuman acts. Now, I am feeling that my security is being a major concern for me. what shall is do? what is your professional advise. Note that I am originally an Afghan. I appreciate your comments and advises.

Seems as if all you can do is be alert for anything that doesn't look right. walk in the empty areas of a street--away from cars and buildings--a trapped blast force is what does all the damage--if you are in the open, you are safer from a blast because it will probably travel upwards. stay away from cars with groups of people in them looking around like they want somebody--keep moving or change directions a lot. before you go into a building--look for a package or something that seems out of place. Have you planned for a safe haven--some place to run to and hide for a while if you are hunted??

Just lock your doors and windows. Put security system in your house and car, and watch who you confide in. It is really not that bad.

Move to another country if you feel unsafe. Talk to the ambassador of your country.He or she can best help you on this issue.

your getting all freaked out, security is important, don't know what it has to do with anything on this page.but, if you were so concerned i don't think you would be messing around on a website like this one...

considering this is a certain category, u must fear of getting raped or cheated on. i sugest u dont drink heavily and be aware of whom ur with.
