I'm not allowed to have a boyfriend, but this kid who I had a crush on forever asked me out today, I said yes, and now we're dating. My mom would kill me if she found out. I haven't told him (Jon) about my life, and the 'no boyfriend' rule. He said he wants to meet my mo and brothers. What the heck should I do?

Sit your mom down and talk to her. Tell her how much you like him and that you want her to meet him. Then bring him over to meet your mom(she'll probably have a couple questions to ask him) then hopefully things will work out!

Ease everyone towards a meeting, I guess. Jon will probably understand your parents not wanting you to date (how old are you, by the way?) and your parents might relax if you let them know what having a boyfriend means. At some ages, having a boyfriend means you just say you're going together, at some it means you'll talk online or on the phone, at some it means you'll be spending time with each other outside of school hours, and at some you're talking real dating. The last thing you should do is hide Jon from your parents because then if they say you're being sneaky, they would be right.
Clue everyone in, expect your brothers to embarrass you (because they ALWAYS do that in front of boyfriends), and enjoy yourself--don't just worry about things. Having a boyfriend is supposed to be fun.

If you're mom doesn't want you to have a boyfriend, its probably for a good reason. I'd explain the situation to him and your mom, and if you really like him, and he really likes you, your mom might not have a problem with it. But if she does, then, like I said, its probably for a good reason(ask what that reason is if you don't think she has a justifiable one).

Ahh.. That sucks..
I would probally tell him about the 'No Boyfriend' rule.
And would talk to my mom about having a boyfriend, and try to convince her into letting me have one, with some restrictions.

Be honest with him. He will find out eventually anyway. Have you tried to talk this over with your parents again. I don't know how old you are, but if you are 16 or over, they may reconsider.

Hey if you are over 18, you can do pretty much anything you want. Just tell your mom that you are sorry, and tell her she will either accept him or get mad and later forget.
