I have a summer job as a waitress and I am on my feet for about 13 hours a day, After 10 hours my feet hurt really bad. I am not fat but I'm not really thin. So if I loose like 10 pounds do you think that would help me?

I doubt it, it probably has something more to do with your shoes than your weight or is more likely a natural thing. I'm a competitive swimmer and I consider myself to be very lean and I work retail. After about 3-4 hours my feet are already aching.

It could help a bit but really what you need are good proper shoes.. with good support.. (the kinds nurses wear)
There is nothing worse than sore feet..
They are a bit expensive but it will be money well spent believe me!!

It might.
The most important thing is do you have good shoes. comfortable shoes with good support.
And of course if you have someone to massage those aching feet once in awhile im sure would help alot.

No, you just need decent shoes, or change your shoes halfway through your shift. Get shoes with a "rocker" sole and plenty of room for your toes, and low heels.

That and some nice cool gell inserts and maybe orthotics to mold to your arch and don't forget good supportive foot wear too.
