NO fast food at all.
eat breakfast (at least 300 calories to turn on your metabolism) and every three hours eat.
Also, work out daily, running is best exercise to lose weight the fastest.
DO NOT SKIP MEALS, eat something every three hours to keep your metabolism running at the fastest it can.
I usually do breakfast, then a snack, lunch, another snack, and dinner. :)
My snacks are fruit, cheese, veggies, etc.

Be careful! If you did manage to lose that much weight that fast, you're probably gonna have to deal with skin saggage... remember that k. Don't do anything crazy, maybe 20 pounds is a better goal. Cut out the sugar, add more veggies and fruits before other things, keep hydrated with 8 glasses a day, jog 30 minutes a few times a week, and tae bo or pilates :)

that seems pretty hard to me, but don't doubt yourself. If you push yourself you will hit ur target right on or you will be very close. One thing that will help a lot is trying to find a yoga or pilates class at a nearby location like the ymca. Eat lots of healthy foods, fruit veggies and cut back on sweets completely! Drink healthy things like orange juice, water, or flavored waters with no calories like fruit 2 O. Going to the gym at least 3 times a week staying at least an hour working on the stairmaster and your abs. Thats all i can think of now! Hope i helped a little!

you don't want to over do it. losing between 3-5 pounds a week is great if you are having trouble getting good exercise try going to curves for women for a couple of months it really helped me. but don't forget to eat a balanced breakfast, never skip a meal and just believe in yourself

Eat tuna fish in water, I just eat it out of the can. Eat green vegetables or mixed veg. you know, frozen ones that you can put in the microwave. Eat eggs....yes fish and eggs because they are protein and protein burns fat. I would eat like No bread .....eat 2 saltein crackers with your can of tuna. You can have a couple of peices of candy, or 2 cookies. Drink a lot of water. stay away from alcohol, no fancy coffee's from Starbucks. No cream. And exercise.....30 min 3 days per week at least and lift weights to build muscle. Do lunges.

thats impossible doing a healthy diet u can only lose 1 - 2lbs of fat a week, do the math...try like 7 to 8 months

Work out ALOT. You cant let yourself not do it. A strict diet of Water lots of water and hardly any food.
