Ok...Tard Bag..[ by the way, a good name for you ]...no, you can not get a dog pregnant with human sperm. What a ridiculous question! And I concur with the previous comment.....What did you do with a dog? Is that why you are asking? If so, you need some serious help, and the authorities need to be notified also!

No, because humans have more chromosomes than dogs do, and you have to have an equal number match up from both sides to form offspring.

no, there are different number of sets on our genes and they cannot match. so it is impossible, unless you changed the dna completely.
