I have won a lottery from UK national lottery rganiation. To release my fund, i have to pay 1000 GBP. I dont have the money nor a bank account also i live in India and do not have passport. Is there some way to pay this amount, Is some bank give me loan against my winning dcuments.

You must not be silly in thinking this is real. I have this email come through everyday and just delete it without reading it. Paying out will open up a big hole of hassle for you and leave you very poor indeed. Buy A TICKET FOR A LEGIT LOTTERY IT'S THE ONLY WAY YOU MIGHT WIN.

Although this is indeed a scam, the best way to answer this is to write to the company and thank them for the winnings and ask them to take the £1000 off the winnings that you have gained and to send you on the rest. If you are concerned about giving out bank details ask your bank for a new account and make sure they agree that it has never to process any transaction that would put your account into the minus.

The only way this can happen is if you do the National Lottery online as many do in which case, when you do win even a tenner, you get an email notifying you of this. If you don't however do your lottery online, then they have no way of contacting you so be wary and don't give out any information when receiving those emails.

This is an 'advance fee' scam.
You cannot win the lottery if you didn't enter.
You don't need to pay a fee to get your winnings in the UK lottery.
If you pay the money, you will never see it again, or the 'winnings', they might even ask for more, or steal your ID to rob you.
Please ignore the message telling you that you have won, don't reply to it.
