Mormon here.
We can eat any kind of bean.
We also allow anyone to worship with us. There are no racial restrictions on anyone's standing in the church.
Keep in mind that a vast majority of white Christian religious figures of the time used similar language to the Brigham Young quote that I assume you're alluding to. No one mentions disgusting quotes from people like Lincoln, Darwin, Ulysses S. Grant, Mark Twain, and others.
It is a reprehensible part of American history. Using Mormons as a scapegoat for the actions of all Christendom and American society is a low blow.
Asking a question in the form of a tasteless and derogatory joke is as bigoted as the race quote that you reference.
