So I just began my dieting, and was just wondering if this routine should work out.

7:00 A.M- Jog/Run a Mile to the Basketball Courts, play around for a good 30 min-1 hour. And run/dribble back the ball home.

12:00 P.M- Jog different paces around the neighborhood (don't know the exact measurement but I would say 3/4 to a full mile.) and back home..

4:00 P.M- Suicides on on our block 5 times..don't know measurements..

9:00 P.M- *same as 12:00 P.M one*

In between the times I would do sit-ups, dumbells, push-ups..etc..

This would be my food directory:

Breakfast would be a Protein Shake/*needs suggestion*. (Also wondering if I should do this before/after I do the morning running.

Also I was wondering what I should eat and when I should eat them..

Thanks!

ok first your going to loose lotz of weight with that workout rountine. and just stick to healthy foods .you can eat small portions in between the times like a granolla bar.
for dinner no fast food. and i think before you go for your morning run you should drink half a protien shake then finish it when you get back .the key is to drink lots of water but dont make it the only thik you drink in your diet

you only need to do weight training and toning 2-3 times a week and cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min and not go over 60min.
its not healthy to do anything on empty stomach- it can lead to many health problems including diabetes. if you exercise before breakfast your body is still in energy savings mode and you will not burn as much calories (and what others say about burning fat if you dont eat is complete bs)
you can make protein shakes out of anything - whey protein, milk, water, juice, yogurt, fruit, berries, flax seed oil, tofu, cottage cheese etc.
Eat healthy, fresh, unprocessed foods in small meals every 2-3 hours (thats 5-6 small meals a day) that way your body get enough calories when it needs them and doesnt have any extra left to store in fat reserves and keeps your blood sugar from crashing.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

Protein before exercise, and don't eat meat. Meat is not a necessity, especially if you are getting your protein from other places, and it just increases fat intake. Make sure you take a multi-vitamin, maybe even one that is high in iron.

PS: there are a lot of vegetarian substitutes for all kinds of meat products, so you won't feel like you are missing anything. Just remember, portion control, because if your body isn't getting enough energy (food) then it will store fat for the future when it needs it.
