okay if i am at a normal weight for my height but i just wanna lose some weight
how much will i lose w/ this diet ?

lunch [yogurt - tuna ]
diner [salad w / chicken adn dressing ]
or
dinner [vegetables raw]



and water only

if i eat like this for abut a week how much will i lose
i already eat healthy so this isnt a big change to me


but take an approximate guess

You will lose some weight, but it will not be from fat, you will be losing lean muscle. Which is bad for your health and it slows down your metabolism, which means that you will get more weight afterwards. It's a pity, since you say your weight is normal. This type of diets is the beginning of diet disorders (either anorexia or obesity).

I say this is not a healthy diet. Without breakfast or right amount of carbs or nutrients you could either lose weight to much and then when you change your diet you will gain it all back. Also eat breakfast. If you don't have enough energy in the day you will be tired and any fat you body takes in will be stored for when you start burning to much energy so it can have the opposite effect. I say start eating a regular balanced diet instead of trying to starve the fat away.

you'll lose lots of weight. Fat, muscle, hell your intestines eating themselves to keep you alive.

That level of diet will cause you to be severely malnourished. You NEED breakfast, in fact, you should eat 5 to 6 meals a day. Just small meals "the size of your tiny tiny lunch"
your body needs fuel to function, that diet is starving it

the most weight you should lose in a week is 2lbs. any more and its unhealthy
