I want to increase my health. I need a good cardio workout. I know running and everything like that helps, but I would love to know what is the right amount of time, and when to work out. I would also like to know if there is any other cardio exercises that would work besides running that you can do at home. Thanks

well running is the best but for 20 minutes atleast to get your heart pumping
swimming is good
yoga perhaps
and that ti bo stuff haha
just about anything that involves running

dont forget about eating right :o

workout in the morning bc i heard u get this calorie burning after burn or something
