does the website have a sizing chart? you might want to try another site or something that might have one. good idea to get one of those because it would sure suck to have that cup slip and then get kicked in the nutts.

I would go with a large. A medium usually fits someone with a 32-34 inch waist and that would be a little to tight and an XL would be to big and not keep the cup in place as well. I would also recommend that if you have not worn one before and this is your first fight that you get one and train with it so that you become accustom to its fit and it won't bother or distract you come fight time. Cups are something that are not always comfortable so when you find one that is you treat it like gold and hold onto it.

I'm a 34' waist. I bought my cup L.

Usually L is 34'- to 36' I'd buy a L.

If it's loose It'd move while your sparring. If it's a little tight it won't move, and it'll be an extra incentive to trim that waist (this is what I do)

Hey Jaz

Id ask if you could try them on in a dressing room OVER your undies of course and see which fits best. thats the best way to know.

If you just guess you may regret it. Try them on with clothes under them, light ones. That will get you the right size.
