Worst is young males between 18-25yrs of age. Big vehicles causing big damages. In what ways can the ordinary citizen do to reduce their country's unnecessary deaths by 50%, 25% if the authorities have tried and have been unsuccessful?

parents not let kids get their licenses until they are 24 since most kids are still under their parents rule until after college so the parents still have power.

I know its not part of the question but I suggest car makers stop making cars able to go more than 75mph when most of the worlds speed limits are 55-65mph anyway I mean my car a buick "boat" century can get upto 120mph where am I going to go that A I can reach that speed without hitting a light/stopsign B I'd need to go that fast to get someplace for any reason.

Make drivers ed mandatory in every high school. Not just to get a license but for a grade.

Well if we could get a handle on our booming population, then maybe the stats would go down with it.

The ordinary citizen would use a condom when attempting to procreate to help curb the moron explosion.
