Fireball, if I found one instance of a Christian or a born again Christian who did these things, would you admit you're wrong? Because I know of a few personally. One of them is my cousin. He was raised Christian. Talked of his belief of Christ. And then had sex with a 14 year old. Now, he's in prison. I'm pretty sure if they let him out, he'd do the same thing over and over again. The judgment, if I'm not mistaken, does not lie with you, but with God. I think many Christians often forget that.
Anyway, I've asked this question several times. The reality is: they don't know. I've had Christians answer on both sides of this issue.
Either way, it doesn't bode well for Christians who are so outspoken about things they disagree with.
If we DO go to heaven after a lifetime of criminal and cruel activity, there's no reason for Christians to have any say in any political decisions about homosexuals.
If the acceptance of Christ doesn't have anything to do with it, just a moral lifestyle, then Christians, yet again, should re-consider criticizing nonbelievers who walk straight lines.
Either way, there are Christians on both sides who need to remember the first rule of Christianity: love.

Repentance does come after not before...therefor, Anyone who has Jesus truly in their heart, will not desire to do such a thing...a backslider would, but not someone right with God.
However, it's not an unforgiveable sin --- assuming you "repent."
and there's the keyword: REPENT.
(Earnestly seek God's forgiveness, and turn away from the sin.)
...It's not the type of thing where you can say: "I'm sorry" and go right back at it. That's not repentance.
but theoretically, if you accepted Christ as personal Savior (got saved)....fell away/backslid....and committed such an indecent act; there is possibility of forgiveness and thus, Heaven.
PS. Huffyb is wrong. It is possible to "Love the sinner, and hate the sin."

First of all, that is the "warm and fuzzy" thing people who claim to be Christians are saying nowadays. "God hates the sin, but loves the sinner." God hates sinners, why do you think he would allow them eternal damnation? It's a person who is a repentant sinner, that is the one He gives forgiveness to. If you have a person who refuses to repent from what they're doing, why would God love that? But if they acknowledged what they were doing as wrong, and sought the Lord for forgiveness, THEN He extends grace.
Why would you consider rape and murder of a child if you were truly a saved Christian? If you were truly a Christian, you would not entertain the thought, nevertheless carry out such a deed, so your question really would not apply to a born-again Christian. If you would consider doing such a thing, then I question your salvation to begin with.

If you accept Jesus as your savior, you will obey his commandments. No one who truly accept Jesus will rape and murder.
Romans 8:9
You, however, are controlled not by the sinful nature but by the Spirit, if the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Christ.

The apostle John doesn't appear to see things that way. I defer to his authority:
"Everyone who sins breaks the law; in fact, sin is lawlessness. But you know that he appeared so that he might take away our sins. And in him is no sin. No one who lives in him keeps on sinning. No one who continues to sin has either seen him or known him.
Dear children, do not let anyone lead you astray. He who does what is right is righteous, just as he is righteous. He who does what is sinful is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil's work. No one who is born of God will continue to sin, because God's seed remains in him; he cannot go on sinning, because he has been born of God. This is how we know who the children of God are and who the children of the devil are: Anyone who does not do what is right is not a child of God; nor is anyone who does not love his brother.
This is the message you heard from the beginning: We should love one another. Do not be like Cain, who belonged to the evil one and murdered his brother. And why did he murder him? Because his own actions were evil and his brother's were righteous. Do not be surprised, my brothers, if the world hates you. We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love our brothers. Anyone who does not love remains in death. Anyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life in him."

You would only go to heaven if you had repented and asked Christ into your heart. We all sin and make mistakes, but once we have the holy spirit inside of us, it will never leave us.

If you search for something wrong, you will find it. There are plenty of wrong things in the world. You would do well to try and see the good in things. Your hatred runs deep, we all see it from the tone of your question, and we understand that it is not the individual that you rail against, but against something else. I pray that you soon find peace in your heart, or at least some form of good conduct.
