Get a cup, or bowl. Get some oranges and squeeze them with your hands. Or smash them against the bowl.

What I have done before includes using a food processor and a strainer. It can be hard to get the pulp separated from the juice though. First peel the oranges and try to get as much of the bitter white part off as possible. Then put in the food processor or blender and blend to your liking and strain and press as much of the juice as you can from the fruit into a container.

It's alot of work. The manual juicers you can buy are much easier and not very expensive.

Have you ever owned a lemon squeezer.
If So you can squeeze a orange on it but it is hard work.
