Chocolate pudding!! That's my secret... get the sugar-free instant kind (chocolate fudge flavor if you're me!) and make it with skim or 1% milk. Very low calories, and actually good for you because the milk is low-fat and high in protein. Any sugar-free candies are ok too, but may still be high in fat.
Just remember, calories come from 3 places: fat, carbs (sugar), and protein. In general: calories from protein are always good, complex carbs (whole grains) are good, fat is bad, simple carbs (sugars) are bad.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and that did stop me from eating dark chocolates. Dark chocolates, especially those with 75% cocoa have lesser sugar and therefore lesser calories and the cocoa content will be benefical to your heart.
Inspite of the dark chocolates, I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
Details are in my blog

Dark chocolate is better for you than milk chocolate. Try Hershey's kisses. I think 3 of them have less than 100 calories. Just be sure to limit yourself.

hmm....calories arent the problem with chocolate, sugar is. Sugar metabolizes into fat very easy.
I say just drop chocolate, if your serious about losing weight, its not worth eating for taste.
But if you cant drop it, stick to darker chocolates, in small quantities.

all chocolate has a lot of calories but dark chocolate (over 70% cocoa) is actually good for you in small portions - it has a lot of antioxidants and it makes you feel good

I feel your pain! I have the same problem. I have learned to enjoy sugarfree chocolate (depending on the brand). There are some good recipes and also recommendations for sugar free chocolate at http://www.chocolate-candy-mall.com/sugarfree-chocolate-candy.html
I wish you luck and will power. =) You can do it.

I'm not sure, but my best friend has this vitamin she takes once a day called Vi-Activ, I think.
It tastes like chocolate, she said.
