what do u think about a 19 year old guy go out with a 14 year old? i mean is it ok?? or what do u think ?? any opinions?

The age difference aside, it's an issue of maturity between the two. A 14 year old and an 19 year old are at very different place in their lives respectively. An older guy has different sets of priorities and has had exposure to a lot more mature experiences than someone who is 14. When you're 19, you're going off to college or just graduating High School, but a fourteen year old is just getting used to being an independent person and dealing with a completely different set of issues. At a younger age, girls are very vulnerable, and the relationship and trust might be abused. The girl is better off waiting until she's an adult and matured to pursue a relationship with someone who's 5 years older.

i'm sorry but no matter what you or other people may think there is a dramatic difference in experience and wisdom between 14 and 19. too much for the two to be compatible or even productive (functional) even if some may be "mature" at 14, a 19 yr old man knows the law, and most likely has some type of mental defect to want to break, or force himself on someone who still has so much more growth to do....run away!

40yr going out wiht a 25 yr, okay
35 going out with a 24 okay
53 going out with a 29 okay..
19 with a 14, nope
why?
difference is that the other age group has already had time to try life experience out..
yeah, the age number isn't that bad,
but you have toremember, 14 and 19 is not the same as 30 and 25..
at 19 there is new worlds and people to meet and experience with.. overwhelming at first,
so you could imagine at 14..
at 19 you have college parties, spring break, and other wild things(temptation) where at 14 there is so many restrictions..
than again i could be wrong.

Personally I believe that it is too big an age difference and the maturity level would be very large also. At the tender age of 14 a female can so easily be manipulated by an older fella like this. And besides that a fella's friends wouldn't want to be hanging around with kids that age, so why would he have any interest unless he has a hidden agenda.

To be honest I think that it's not a good idea. Since he's older (alot older) he's had more experiance and will be more willing to push you into doing somthing you don't want to do. There have been cases like this where the younger girl got date raped or something similar, plus, IT'S ILLEGAL! People 18 and above can't date minors. But judging by how much you think you need help you must be smart enough to realize the risks. If you do want to go out with him make sure your parents know, tell them where you will be exactly and call them when you leave or get there and if you're going somewhere else. Always be cautious when you're alone and are somewhere no one can hear or see you. You'll most likely let your guard down if you go out with him and make sure not to do that. And please TELL YOUR PARENTS! They need to know who you are going out with and where you're going out incase something happens, even if it's not the older guys fault. And please do not get sexually active with him or he'll go to jail for rape upon a minor.

iii think thats illegal and like i think a 14 year old should be dating someone their age. or a year or 2 older. plus the 19 year old may be looking to do something more than ur ready for. just stick to your own age group

someone else on here asked that question too..and i'm gona tell you the same thing i told that person! NO!! IT's very very wrong and gross! Its illegal! I mean come on...this girl is a child..and little girl..not a mature woman or young adult who can handle or be mature enough to be with a 19 year old. Come on..I'm sure this guy can find a sweet mature girl his own age!

No, it's not ok. If you are 14 with a 17 year old that's legal in my state. I'd never let my daughter date someone that much older than her. Take care!

It's not o.k. I don't care how mature the 14 year old is, it is wrong. It's illegal for a reason. If you have a 19 year old pursuing...do not date him!!! Trust me, you will regret it more then you can possible understand right now.

NO Its not ok, Its scary infact. To begin with if it goes to far, its rape of a minor. My opinion of ANY male that goes out with a girl thats 14 (when he is 19) Is so far down in the toilet that... I dont even know what to say.. If this is you I can almost gaurantee that you will end up regreting it. No NO NNOOOO this is very bad juju.
