I mean, we spend time a lot but he also works a lot. He likes to hang out with the guys once in awhile which is more than understandable. But I want either Friday or Saturday night. I'm already happy with all of Sunday but it doesn't seem enough. Am I selfish to think this way?

In his defense, it doesn't spend all of Saturday day and night with his friends. He'll usually give me the afternoon but I want the night. Should I talk to him about this?

Not at all. He's your boyfriend and you want to spend more time with him. As long as you're cool about him hanging with his friends and having his time to himself every once in a while, then you're in no way being selfish. Talk to him about how you feel!

No. I'd say if you can't have either Friday or Saturday night, than you don't have a boyfriend. That's part of the weekend when most couples like to go out and have fun and party or just stay in eat a nice meal, watch a movie and enjoy each other's presence. Something else wouldn't work for me, but then maybe I'm selfish--but then isn't he selfish, too.

no, you're not selfish. You love him and you wanna spend time with him. It's normal to want to spend time with him. Maybe you could even make a night of you guys hanging out as a group as a compromise if he has a problem with giving you another night. Good Luck!

In my opinion if you two are a couple then you are not being selfish at all. After all that's what partners do, give up some time with their friends for their significant others. Best of luck in coming to a compromise. A good heart to heart might be in order to resolve this.

No, but you got to save some time for yourself and your family.
And besides, you don't want to start out with a guy and stay up each other's butts all the time. You'll get burnt out on each other before you even get started.
Take some time off. Spend the week away from each other (not every single day!) and it'll make the weekends a whole lot better to see each other!
Good luck. :)

no,
why is it selfish,
seems you are pretty understandable,
and very fair in giving him space,
but seeing him only on Sunday??? all day???
you need more than one day,
even if it's just a few hours here and there...
otherwise this relationship is nothing more than two ships passing in the night
tallk to him,
get to do overnights or trips at least once a month...
but yeah, see him on fri/sat even if it's every other week..

no not selfish, you love being with him.. you should however get time with your girlfriends... It's ok that you only wanna be around him but he may be different in that way and need to be social... get your social life back and stick to it and after a little while it wont bother you anymore... Good breaks in between is healthy to keep a relationship alive, remember that...
