Soak your hands and feet in water, and use a pumice stone to slough off dead skin. Then use lotion every night, and wear socks on your feet overnight. (You can also wear plain white gloves after putting lotion on, but it's harder to get used to.)

Try putting vaseline on your hands and feet when you go to bed, or are just hanging around at home. Put socks on your feet and gloves on your hands after smothering them with the vaseline.
During the day, keep putting lotion on your hands. There's lots of good brands, but the brand isn't as important as how often you apply it. You can use a callous remover on rough spots on your feet - like your heels.

Soak your hands/ feet in warm water with a bit of bath gel and oil in it for 5 mins. Then use Evelyn and Crabtree hand therapy for your hands and Evelyn and Crabtree lotion (any) for your feet. You see the difference. But make sure to do this daily before going to bed at night.

U need to soak ur hands in luke warm water for 5 mins, dry it thoroughly and then apply coconut oil or olive oil and leave it on overnight. If u do it for a month ur hands and feet will become soft.

If it is hard and if you find dead skin on the surface (less sensitive skin) my best option is to consult a doctor for blood sugar. If it is harsh only due to some physical work, the tips offered by all others can be tried one by one. For dead skin and scales removal, immerse your hands and legs for about 10 minutes in a warm water containing salt (10 or 20 grams per bucket). Take out clean and apply vaselin or glycerin or some mositurizing cream continuosly. Slowly it will vanish. For more tips on skin care please refer the site below.

Start putting Vaseline on them during the day and before u go to sleep. For your hands while you are sleeping put some latex gloves on. That should help!

Apply Vaseline petroleum jelly on your hands and feet every-night, and whenever you feel that you're not going to use your hands for 1-2 hour apply it again.
'nd use Vaseline moisture every time after washing your hands.

use avenno. it works like a charm. than use st. ives appricot scrub 1 mintue after you applied the lotion. than use the lotion again. keep it at your desk and rub it in whenever you feel the need to.
what i like to do is watch a movie and take squirts of the lotion, and rub it in alot, than do it again to the same finger 5 more times. it works sooo well.
