In most states, if a 16 yo and a 20 yo have sex, the 20 yo can go to jail, even if it is consensual. Oral sex is sex!! Check out the age of consent for your state.

In some states 16 is the legal age of consent... but the law is null and void if there is a way to prove that the couple were together before the party turned 18... the law is really to get rid of pedophiles... if you were dating someone when you were 17 and you turn 18 - yet your significant other is still 16, it doesn't LEGALLY make you a pedophile (or morally in my book) so even if your parents did that.. if there was proof.. maybe a yearbook photo... or even a picutre you deleloped at Wal*Mart or something (dated)... her boyfriend is in the green.

She can use that threat and he can go to jail. In some states, however, the age of consent is 16. Find out the legal consent age and then you will know if her threat is valid.

I don't know. All I know is your country is f@cked up. Lately in the news in your country, a 17 year old is going to jail for 10 years. TEN YEARS!!! for having his loved one of 15 give him some head.
Yet a citizen of your country can get drunk, get in his car and Kill somebody, and get a slap on the wrist and perhaps a light jail term of a few months
What a wonderful justice system you have there in the USA...
Glad I don't live in your shitehole of a country. Can't handle the truth? Take a pill. As your TV commercials say..."Ask you Doctor". You suckers really believe you have a pill for everything... Losers

depends on where this person lives if its in the U.S. her mother can hold this out until your friend turns roughly 18 in most states. Her mother can call the cops an say that the girl has engaged in sexual acts with the guy and he could go to jail. and kissing counts

Depends what the legal age of your state is. Maybe there is a good reason why she does not like him. On the other hand I would not have let my daughter date when she started seeing him.

Your cousin needs to get away from this man and in a hurry. Yes, it will hurt but she WILL eventually get over it. She may be too young to realize it but at 16 she IS a child. And then she needs to ask herself if she really wants a man that wants a child. It doesn't matter they started dating "way" before he was legal because she was "way" younger too. What a creep of him. Tell her to get away from him.

Find out the statutory rape age where they live. Tell them to cool it a while, but not to tell her mom. Then, start up once she reaches the right age, which might be 17.
