Ability to judge correctly and to follow the best course of action, based on knowledge and understanding. The apostle Paul declared that a message of the cross is foolishness to the Greeks and a stumbling block to the Jews. But to those who believe, said Paul, this "foolishness of God" is "the wisdom of God" (1Cor, 1:18-25). The biblical concept of wisdom is quite different from what man's concept is. The first principal of biblical wisdom is that man should humble himself before God in reverence and worship, obedient to His commands. The books that portray wisdom from the Bible are; Job, Psalms and Ecclesiastes. Wisdom grows with God and age. Wisdom is knowing the difference of what to do for the better of all that is involved in any situation or circumstance, but without God's leading we still Will not be able to make the right decisions. By asking God for wisdom, understanding and knowledge in all things, we will be successful in making the right choice.

Don't you think wisdom lies within our conscience, our heart? Wisdom comes from knowing instinctively where the human answers lie; inside of us, like an inborn instinct? The wisdom to know how to treat all living beings; the wisdom of knowing the difference between hate and love of fellow man. The wisdom to know what is tolerant and intolerable.
Walt Whitman says it for me; "....Wisdom is of the soul; is not susceptible of proof, is its own proof."
