Most Mary Kay ladies will do it for just a small fee and a promise of a few purchases. I had a lady offer to do my and my 4 bridesmaids for $60--and another one said $10 a person, with $20 in purchases.
In Manhattan it's likely to be more expensive than that but you could go to the counter and ask one of the ladies if she'd be willing to come out and do it for you. Since it would be a contract with just an individual you could negotiate for whatever you wanted to pay.

I JUST HAD MY WEDDING IN MAY, AND I USE NOTHING BUT THE BEST THAT IS MAC MAKE UP I WENT THE DAY OF MY WEDDING AND THEY HAD ME LOOKING FLAWLESS, AND THEN GAVE ME THE NECESSARY TOOLS TO KEEP MY MAKE UP LOOKING FRESH
